We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Stone County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing wound care treatments for our residents, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer wound care treatments and monitor healing progress.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of wound assessments and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.88 - $29.55 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
