What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at Stone County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center?
We are currently looking for a Admission Coordinator with a Clinical Healthcare background. The ideal candidate would have 2 or more years experience in Skilled and Long Term Care Nursing, self motivated, and have an outgoing personality. The responsibilities of the Admission Coordinator includes maintaining a positive working relationship with the Case Managers and Social Workers in the marketing area. The Admission Coordinator will evaluate potential candidates by providing a clinical review of there health care needs and a financial review. Then coordinate placement for all candidates. Area will include Wiggins, Hattiesburg, Mobile, and the Ms. Gulf Coast Area.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
