Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®)
Pay: $23.00 per hour
$500 sign‑on bonus for candidates hired with an existing RBT certification

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Provide direct ABA services in home and community settings
- Teach functional and adaptive skills
- Collect accurate data and follow treatment protocols
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Promote independence and personal goal achievement
- Maintain a safe, structured environment
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Active RBT® certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to maintain RBT® credential per BACB® requirements
- Experience in behavioral health or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and data‑collection skills
- Ability to work independently and follow structured plans
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to obtain/maintain Class E Driver’s License
- Ability to complete required trainings
