We are seeking a Talent & HR Specialist with a strong foundation in recruiting who is ready to take the next step in their recruiting career, moving beyond coordination to play a more active role in shaping how we hire talent.
This role is suited for someone looking to build toward ownership, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, shape approach, and guide hiring decisions through to offer.

What You Will Do
You will play a central role across recruiting, onboarding, and key employee lifecycle touchpoints, leveraging data, tools, and emerging technologies to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Lead sourcing efforts across multiple roles: partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, shape sourcing strategies, and guide hiring decisions through to offer
- Build and evolve talent pipelines: proactively engage targeted talent pools, including college recruiting and career fairs, refining strategies to align with hiring demand and candidate quality
- Execute the recruiting process end-to-end: develop job postings, screen and assess candidates, conduct initial interviews, and prepare candidates for hiring team engagement
- Influence hiring decisions and candidate experience: bring candidate perspective and insights to hiring teams while delivering a high-touch, consistent experience
- Manage recruiting partnerships: collaborate with job boards, agencies, and other channels to support sourcing and maintain a strong external pipeline
- Deliver new hire orientation: lead onboarding sessions that introduce employees to the firm and ensure a strong, consistent start
- Drive process improvement: identify opportunities to enhance recruiting and HR processes, leveraging data, tools, and emerging technologies to implement effective solutions
- Support training and development initiatives: contribute to programs that drive employee growth, including developing training materials and PowerPoint-based content
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort working with systems, data, and tools to support recruiting and HR processes
Preferred:
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms
- Exposure to leveraging data or emerging tools to improve workflows and outcomes
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
