The Role
We are seeking Associate Attorney with Estate Planning, Business Planning, Estate Administration, and/or Tax Planning. Responsible for providing appropriate, ethical, competent, and practical legal advice related to estate planning (basic to advanced), business planning (entity formation and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, general business operations, with a focus on business succession), estate administration (probate and trust administration), and income and estate tax planning.
What You’ll Do
- Estate Planning: Draft and prepare basic to advanced estate planning documents, conduct client consultations, and design customized planning strategies.
- Business Planning: Advise on entity formation, acquisitions, corporate governance, transactions, compliance, and succession planning.
- Estate Administration: Guide fiduciaries through probate and trust administration, draft necessary pleadings, attend court hearings, resolve claims, and oversee distributions.
- Tax Planning: Analyze transactions and estates to identify tax solutions, prepare related documents, and monitor implementation.
- General Practice: Research and resolve disputes, manage multiple cases, supervise support staff, maintain client records, and collaborate with firm leadership.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, business planning, advanced estate planning, or tax planning
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters at once
- Team-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow within the firm
Preferred Qualifications
- LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation preferred but not required
- Experience with management software is a plus
- Prior experience in estate administration or probate helpful but not required
