We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role at our Las Vegas, NV office. This role involves managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting clients, handling phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, organizing records, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflows. The Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing schedules, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Customer service experience is an asset
- A positive attitude and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or reception role is preferred
