Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE) – PAID WEEKLY
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:15AM - 5:00PM Friday 7:15AM - 4:00PM (off every other Friday)

Position Overview:
Stone Bridge Personnel is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for our client located in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude and a proven background in both machine maintenance and facilities upkeep. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment where your skills directly impact safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general repairs
- Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and service schedules
- Support production by minimizing machine downtime
- Perform facility inspections and report any issues needing attention
- Have a thorough working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of metals, bearings, gears, pumps, solenoids, lighting, sensors
Requirements:
- 5 years of machine maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
- 5 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
