We are a fast-paced new home builder seeking a motivated Site Laborer to join our team. While this is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided, we are looking for individuals who take initiative and pride in their work. This is a hands-on role with potential for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of construction sites (debris removal, sweeping streets, site cleanup).
- Assist with "punch out" lists.
- Support various trade teams with general labor tasks.
- Travel between multiple subdivisions within the Bend area as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to multiple local job sites.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to problem-solve on the fly are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in framing or rough carpentry is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in residential construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
