Automotive Technician – Flat Rate $25–$35/Hour
Stonebridge Automotive is looking for an experienced, efficient Auto Technician who can complete repairs within book time while still delivering quality work.
This is a flat-rate position paying $25–$35 per flagged/book hour, depending on experience, skill level, diagnostic ability, and productivity.
We are growing our dealership and repair operation and are looking for technicians who want consistent work and the opportunity to make money. We’re looking for a self-motivated technician who can take a repair order, diagnose the vehicle, complete the repair efficiently and correctly, and keep jobs moving without constant supervision.
We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical repair experience
- Able to complete repairs efficiently based on book-time labor hours.
- Comfortable with brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, cooling systems, maintenance, and general automotive repair
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and dependable
- Focused on quality with minimal comeback work
Compensation
$25–$35 per flat-rate/book hour
