Stone Belt in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Regional Associate Director to help lead and grow our Supported Living Program. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in the I/DD field, who enjoys fast-paced, people-focused work and can adapt quickly to changing needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Supported Living services
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate supports to meet client Person-Centered Plans
- Manage waiver budgets, Plans of Care, and other fiscal contracts
- Support admissions, transitions, and discharges
- Assist with program budget planning and updates

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree 5 years I/DD experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED 10 years I/DD experience
- OR equivalent combination of education/experience
- Prior management/supervisory experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
