Duties
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment to fabricate components according to project specifications.
- Perform masonry tasks as needed, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
- Execute cabinet installation with precision, adhering to design plans.
- Engage in remodeling projects, contributing expertise in construction painting and finishing touches.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines at all times.
- Use Bluebeam software for project planning and documentation when required.
- Apply caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication or a related field, with hands-on skills in construction practices.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with power tools and their proper usage.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with cabinet installation, remodeling, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
