Duties
- Deliver hot and cold dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly
- Handle food handling responsibilities safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to communicate orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by clearing used dishes and resetting tables quickly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is highly valued
- Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting banquet events enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
