Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
- Maintain clean, organized decorating and preparation areas
- Label products accurately and maintain proper product rotation
- Stock and maintain bakery displays
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist customers with bakery selections when needed
- Support the Bakery Manager with production and special orders
- Cake decorating, pastry, or bakery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn Stoltzfus Meats bakery processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in warm bakery environments
- Ability to perform repetitive decorating and preparation tasks
