Stoltzfus Feed & Supply is hiring a Director / GM of Finance & Corporate Services!
OVERVIEW
The owners of Stoltzfus Feed & Supply (Dean & Teri Stoltzfus) have built on the success of the original feed business to expand into several other ventures—including Stoltzfus Export & Gap Self Storage.
This role supports the owners and peer GMs across the entire company, leading all aspects of financial management—including asset management and land development—while overseeing internal support functions of HR, IT, facilities, and legal functions. Its two main objectives are:
1) Ensure General Managers are empowered with the resources, information, and processes required to attain set goals across all Stoltzfus businesses within appropriate levels of risk.
2) Support owners with assessing overall company health and recommending future strategy.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Areas of Expertise
- Financial Control — solid understanding of GAAP
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and integrated accounting —able to learn, use, and integrate multiple systems
- Effective computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Understanding of basic employment law
Previous Experience
- 5 years in financial administration/controller/accounting roles.
- 5 years in operations or administrative management
- Proven track record of advising at a strategic level with sound decision making.

PREFERRED ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Able to create pivot tables in excel
- Previous experience working with Compass and Epicor software
- Change management and/or ERP rollout experience
- Currently or previous CPA or CMA designation
- Experience in retail, warehouse, and/or export operations
- HR experience (particularly in recruitment, employee policies, compensation structures, etc)
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or similar
Salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 DOE.
