Assembler/New Equipment Pre Delivery Setup

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler with expertise in New Equipment Pre-Delivery Setup to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling new Kubota, Exmark, Scag and other brands of equipment that we sell, ensuring it is fully operational and meets quality standards before delivery. Your mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and proficiency with hand and power tools will be essential in efficiently setting up equipment, performing inspections, and supporting the smooth transition of products from assembly to delivery. Duties

• Assemble new equipment using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components according to detailed specifications and setup procedures
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to verify proper functioning, safety features, and quality standards of assembled equipment
• Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to transport components and finished products within the manufacturing facility safely
• Assist with the setup of equipment inside our repair shop, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and operational before shipment
• Follow safety protocols consistently while handling machinery, tools, and materials in a manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly or setup processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly steps, inspections, and any adjustments made during pre-delivery setup

Experience

• Prior mechanical experience is highly preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with assembly line work in a repair shop setting
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment assembly and troubleshooting
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a strong plus
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical procedures
• Ability to read technical diagrams, assembly instructions, and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
