Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager/Estimator located in Brea, CA. The Senior Sales Manager/Estimator will manage client relationships, proactively generate sales leads, and estimate project costs.
Responsibilities include bringing in new clients and projects, accurately estimating casework and millwork jobs from plans and specifications, managing our sales/ estimating department including quarterly projections and past performance, and maintaining project budgets. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the cabinetry and construction industry. Strong sales, project management, and estimating expertise are critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, and project leadership
- Experience actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork (min 5 years)
- Experience managing a sales department
- Knowledge of WI requirements
- Strong skills in estimating, cost analysis, and budget management
- Knowledge of cabinetry design and materials, as well as familiarity with construction practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
