Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers and producers while helping them select the right equipment solutions for their operations.
Responsibilities
- Sell new and used Case IH and other agricultural equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment solutions
- Manage sales leads, quotes, and follow-up with prospects
- Work closely with parts and service departments to support customers after the sale
- Stay up to date on equipment features, technology, and industry trends
- Attend farm visits, demos, and local agriculture events
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (agriculture or equipment sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of farming operations or agricultural equipment is beneficial
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
