Your mission
Deliver end‑to‑end electrical and controls engineering across Stolle Machinery product lines—designing, implementing, and improving industrial systems that meet standards, budgets, and deadlines.
How you’ll do it
- Produce technical drawings—schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs—in AutoCAD Electrical per CE and NEC.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems on Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix and Siemens TIA Portal.
- Create complete controls documentation packages for manufacturing, assembly, and operation.
- Coordinate construction, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and suppliers; resolve parts deviations quickly.
- Diagnose customer complaints and implement effective remedial actions.
- Lead project execution to meet schedule and cost targets.
- Apply research methods and electrical theory to elevate system performance.
- PLC/HMI/MMI programming; AC Variable Frequency Drives; motion control systems.
- Industrial networks: DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet.
- Deliverables: electrical schematics, control panel layouts, machine wiring diagrams, on‑machine electrical component location drawings.
- BSEE with 5–10 years of post‑graduate industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of engineering science/technology and design principles for precision technical plans.
- Strong grounding in electronics and computer hardware/software, including applications and programming.
- Exceptional math, communication, critical thinking, decision‑making, and complex problem‑solving skills.
- Personal qualities: detail‑driven, accountable, strong follow‑through, adept multi‑tasker, excellent time management/organization, effective under pressure.
- AutoCAD Electrical
- Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook
- IFS ERP, SmarTeam
- Rockwell: RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View ME, RSLinx, Drive Executive
- Siemens: TIA Portal (Version 13), Starter
- Allen‑Bradley and Siemens PLCs (with/without safety), servos, frequency drives, touchscreen operator panels
- 40–55 hours/week; may include on‑call, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Extended sitting/standing; lift up to 50 pounds.
- Travel up to 25%.
