Job Title: Location Resource Manager (LRM)

Reports To: Chief Human Resource Officer
SUMMARY:
The Location Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, efficient and professional atmosphere in our local offices. This role oversees daily office logistics, administrative processes, facilities coordination and supports a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role acts as a partner to the CHRO and local office leadership to ensure consistent work experience for team members locally and across the Firm’s footprint.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations including onsite support for the legal assistants, paralegals, operations team, and attorneys.
- Organize monthly team engagement luncheons in collaboration with other LRM’s within the Firm.
- Ensure team has technology, equipment and office workspace to achieve optimal performance.
- Exhibit team first mentality in all decision making.
- Oversee facilities management and serve as primary contact with building management, vendors and service providers for local market.
- Work in tandem with other Location Resource Managers to ensure shared employee experience across the Firm’s offices.
- Assist with new employees onboarding, including workstation setup, access badges and arrange for parking depending on location parking situation.
- Champion Firm culture that aligns with Firm’s values and strategic plan.
- Order supplies and manage supply requests for office location.
- Work in alignment with Firm leadership to ensure office is operating in tandem with all locations to ensure shared experience across the Firm.
- Support HR initiatives including engagement activities, celebrations and cultural activities.
- Ensure common spaces are clean, usable and ready for team collaboration and meetings at all times.
- Ensure team and technology are aligned and working towards the same goal of working smarter, not harder.
- Work closely with IT, Operations, HR and other departments to ensure office is in line operationally and culturally with other offices within the Firm.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with attorneys, paralegals, senior leadership, clients and fellow team members.
- Possess strong attention to details.
- Enjoy collaborating with Firm Leadership to ensure office is aligned with strategic vision.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Organizational Management, Human Resources or an associated discipline.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR or related designations desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires sitting for the majority of the workday. May require lifting up to 5 – 10 lbs. on occasion.
