We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, and we’re looking for someone with at least a year of experience in the restaurant business. If you know your stuff about craft beer and food, that’s even better! We’re flexible with availability, so we have full-time and part-time positions, and you can even grow into a Lead role. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide support during special events or banquets, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current trends in drink offerings and participate in promotional events.
Requirements
- Previous bartending/serving experience preferred; experience in nightclub or food service environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods for coffee or tea.
- Excellent cash handling skills with a solid understanding of retail math.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
