Dealership Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Part-Time Dealership Driver to join our team on an as-needed (on-call) basis. In this role, you will serve as the face of our dealership, ensuring safe transportation for our clients and the efficient movement of our vehicle inventory. The ideal candidate has an excellent driving record, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Shuttle Service: Safely transport service customers to and from their homes, offices, or other local destinations while providing a welcoming and professional experience.
• Vehicle Inventory Transport: Travel to auctions, or other dealerships to pick up newly purchased vehicles or facilitate dealer trades.
• Community & Marketing Events: Represent the dealership by driving company vehicles in local parades, community events, and promotional showcases.
• Dealership Errands: Complete various off-site errands as requested by management, including parts runs, DMV documentation drop-offs, and more.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Driver's License: Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license with an excellent driving history (no major violations).
• Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the local area, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal communication skills and a friendly, respectful demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.
• Flexibility: Ability to work on an "as-needed" basis with variable hours depending on dealership volume and event schedules.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Comfort driving in various weather conditions and times of day.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by dealership insurance standards).

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 29.0 per week
