Duties
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to expedite food orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to guests
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen team to relay special requests or modifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food handling, plating, and portioning to uphold quality control
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining a welcoming dining area
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety protocols, and proper handling procedures
