Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sports and Entertainment Manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue through securing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing deals that align with our clients’ profiles and our company’s vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and entertainment management, with a deep understanding of brand alignment and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and sponsors that align with our clients’ images and our company’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and sponsorship departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that are beneficial for all parties involved.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of management activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Submitting and booking talent in tv, films, and podcasts
- Building talent-driven brand with products, merch, and/or publishing deals
- Day-to-day support for client opportunities
- Client development, career guidance & business growth experience
- Having industry contacts and agency relationships
- Awareness and Familiarity about artificial intelligence
- Guide the client artistically and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports and entertainment management, preferably within the entertainment, sports, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong network of contacts in brand marketing, sponsorship, and advertising sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sports and entertainment and a drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
