We’re hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to execute the systems that keep our sales pipeline clean, responsive, and moving. You’ll support our CEO directly, handling lead screening, pre-call prep, follow-up execution, CRM accuracy, and contract tracking — so she can focus on closing high-value manufacturing clients.

Time commitment: 20 hrs/week to start

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead screening to ensure fit
- Preparing for sales calls (research, briefs, materials)
- Executing post-call follow-ups within hours, not days
- Keeping HubSpot accurate and current at all times
- Managing follow-up sequences and reminders
- Tracking contracts and ensuring nothing stalls
- Coordinating sales-related logistics and events
- Every prospect gets timely, professional follow-up
- No leads fall through the cracks
- Sales calls are fully prepped and documented

- Have 5 years in sales ops, sales support, or coordination
