This role exists to bring consistency, follow-through, and operational reliability to our sales process.

 

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to execute the systems that keep our sales pipeline clean, responsive, and moving. You’ll support our CEO directly, handling lead screening, pre-call prep, follow-up execution, CRM accuracy, and contract tracking — so she can focus on closing high-value manufacturing clients.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or closing role. If you take pride in tight follow-up, clean data, and operational excellence behind the scenes, you’ll thrive here.

 

Time commitment: 20 hrs/week to start

 

Growth path: Clear potential to full-time as pipeline scales and operational needs are identified

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Lead screening to ensure fit
  • Preparing for sales calls (research, briefs, materials)
  • Executing post-call follow-ups within hours, not days
  • Keeping HubSpot accurate and current at all times
  • Managing follow-up sequences and reminders
  • Tracking contracts and ensuring nothing stalls
  • Coordinating sales-related logistics and events

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 5 years in sales ops, sales support, or coordination

Compensation
  • $32–$38/hr depending on experience
  • Part-time contractor to start
  • Clear full-time conversion path with benefits

 

Qualified candidates will receive a detailed Role Scorecard outlining workflows, expectations, and success metrics after the initial screen.
