Hi there!
We are looking to find the perfect person to join our wonderful team here at our Buda juice factory! As the Operations Manager we are looking to find someone to help lead and the manufacturing of our organic cold pressed juice as well as oversee our distribution channels.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to be open to learn production procedures and help us to continue to change and pivot as we grow. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If this sounds like a fit for you then we would love to chat further!
Responsibilities
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor and actively participate in production to resolve issues
- Operate juicing machines
- Keep track of required maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce HACCP and sanitation protocol
- Order and receive inputs
Skills
- Experience in the juice industry or food/beverage industry is a plus
- Knowledge of production management is an asset
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- A positive attitude
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
