Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary
Stoic Plumbing, a locally-owned and growing business, is looking for a Journeyman-Level Plumber to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and be adept in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing work meets industry standards and is completed efficiently.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Work on construction sites to build new plumbing systems or remodel existing ones.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform construction plumbing tasks including pipe threading, welding, and installation of fixtures.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role in the plumbing industry.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and remodeling projects.
• Proficiency in using power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform pipe threading and welding as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
