Overview
We are a well-established, family-owned chiropractic clinic with over 70 years of treating our community in Central Wisconsin. We offer Pediatric care, family care, DOT Exams, and rehabilitative care. This is a full-time position offering 28-32 hours of patient care per week, with a steady stream of new patients daily. New Grads are welcome, as well as those established. Licensure in Wisconsin is ideal, but pending license will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments of musculoskeletal health.
- Manage acute pain conditions through targeted chiropractic techniques and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform detailed patient assessments utilizing knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to identify underlying issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate trigger point therapy, physical therapy modalities, and occupational health considerations.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies to promote long-term wellness.
- Utilize medical imaging insights when necessary to support accurate diagnoses and treatment adjustments.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery and pain management outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment within a chiropractic or related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques relevant to musculoskeletal health.
- Skilled in acute pain management strategies, trigger point therapy, and primary care approaches for diverse patient needs.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles to support patients’ return to work or daily activities safely.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients effectively about their conditions and care plans.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
