Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair a wide range of used vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and reconditioning to dealership standards
- Identify mechanical and safety issues accurately and efficiently
- Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status, recommended repairs, and timelines
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician/mechanic (used car experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to consent to a background check and motor vehicle driving screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
