Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and promptly.
- Utilize POS systems to process sales ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain knowledge of products to effectively upsell and promote additional items to customers.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to enhance store presentation.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
