Job Description
North Las Vegas manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our corporate office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical ability and can keep up in a fast-paced environment, assisting co-workers in 5 other locations. The ideal candidate will also need to have strong organizational skills, be self-sufficient and be able to multitask. This position will also include some customer service duties.
Responsibilities include:
Performing daily tasks which involves processing inventory related transaction, using Sage 300.
Reconcile inventory transactions from manufacturing orders, raw material receipts, stock transfers, and more.
Create and maintain inventory and manufacturing items database.
Assist customers in local market, over the phone and/or email, with quotes, orders and questions.
Assist management with reports and projects as needed.
Skills required:
Data entry in an office environment.
Hands-on experience with operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
