Banking/ lending experience preferred
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collecting borrower information and documentation needed for their loan file includes contacting borrowers by phone/email etc
- Inputting data in software
- Assisting in providing weekly updates on files
- Assisting in marketing (i.e. scheduling events, organizing food, sending out reminders/flyers and follow-up contacts)
- Answering phones/greeting customers
