AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER

We are committed to treating our customers with respect and dignity and to provide total customer satisfaction. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER to help add to our Service Team.
The Service Writer is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous and effective customer service.
Our Preferred Candidate would possess the following:
● Prior Automotive Service Writing
● Technical Automotive Knowledge
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
● In-depth knowledge of Industry best practice and service delivery standards
● Ability to face all experiences and encounters with professionalism and composure.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
● Providing Exceptional Customer Service Start to Finish
● Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers
● Performing multiple tasks simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines and expectations
