Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, NC, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site safety protocols, coordinating teams, supervising contractors, and resolving on-site challenges. Additionally, the Construction Superintendent will collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project expectations and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience of Construction Superintendent Experience and ensuring adherence to Construction Safety standards
- Strong communication skills with team members to collaborate on their respective roles within the construction project.
- Effective leadership skills to ensure proper coordination between multiple trade contractors.
- Attention to detail to deliver a high-quality finished product to the client.
- Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate multiple tasks and teams efficiently
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
- Experience in similar roles within the construction industry is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Teams.
