What You’ll Do
- Monitor job site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and job site evaluations
- Lead safety meetings and provide training to field employees
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Support field leadership in maintaining safe work environments
- Promote a culture of safety accountability across all teams
- Experience in construction safety, preferably in civil or underground utility work
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify risks and implement practical safety solutions
- Experience working on active construction job sites
- Familiarity with trenching, excavation, and confined space safety
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification
- Relevant safety certification
- Ability to walk job sites and conduct field inspections
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Full-Time | Salary
- Monday–Friday (project-based hours; flexibility required)
