Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently to load, unload, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately using order picker equipment and barcode scanning technology
- Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches and deliveries while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products systematically, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating stock levels in the system
- Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms, ensuring quick turnaround times and high accuracy in order picking & packing
- Support shipping & receiving operations by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and documenting all transactions thoroughly
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is required; forklift certification is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Understanding of shipping logistics including international trade regulations ensures compliance during cross-border shipments
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate inventory counts, measurements, and calculations during order processing
- Experience with order picking & packing procedures using RF scanners or similar technology will help streamline workflow
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols related to load & unload operations
- Class A CDL
