What are the responsibilities and job description for the TELLER SYSTEM SUPPORT position at Stockman of Montana?
This position will be housed in Bozeman or Miles City.
Position General Responsibilities
Enhance, document, and support assigned software applications. Initial focus will be the FlexTeller platform. This position is responsible for serving as a contact between the vendor and business unit and will work with management and operations regularly to resolve outstanding issues and complete routine tasks and project deliverables.
Education, Experience And Certification Requirements

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years teller experience preferred. College degree or technical school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Conceptual understanding of database design and integration required. Prior experience in bank operations, project coordination, or similar financial functions preferred. Experience with bank applications and software administration is strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must be a self-starter; Ability to work independently or with a team; Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure; Must have strong organizational and analytical skills; Must possess a solid balance of technical and business knowledge.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
