Branch Manager Billings - Responsibilities
Incumbent will lead the Billings market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive. This position requires effective communication skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry. Must demonstrate leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to educate, mentor, and motivate sales and service staff, increase the satisfaction of customers and referral sources and foster a sales driven company culture; and use their experience in providing guidance and mentorship to staff.

Branch Manager Billings - Responsibilities

- Branch Manager -Billings:
- Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Billings office.
- Coordinate the implementation of policy decisions from Vice President/General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
- Implement policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors of Stockman Insurance.
- Responsible for overall personnel administration, ensuring that practices and procedures are complimentary to the maintenance of employee morale, efficiency and development
- Representative in community activities and organizations as appropriate.
- Resource person for both Stockman Bank and Stockman Wealth Management
- Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
- Effectively handle customer questions and problems.
- Business Development - Billings
- Strong technical and product knowledge with expertise regarding insurance coverages and options. Serve as the trusted point of contact for Stockman clients, building long term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
- Educate, mentor, and motivate sales and service team. Foster customer focused, solution driven, sales culture.
- Responsible for business development in the agency. Prospecting and lead generation. Identity and reach out to potential clients or leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Customer relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide them with ongoing support and address their insurance needs.
- Quoting and pricing: Provide clients with insurance quotes and help them understand pricing structures.
- Sales presentations: Conduct sales presentations and explain insurance policies to clients, highlighting the benefits and terms.
- Networking: Build a network of referrals and contacts to expand the client base.

Minimum Qualifications
- Montana State insurance license
- Strong insurance background
- Experience as a sales coordinator or management
- Proven Business development experience / track record
- Good team development and leadership skills
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
- Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
