Position General Responsibilities:
Process and approve commercial, agriculture and some consumer loan requests. Inspection &
verification of collateral and evaluation of operations through field inspections. Development of new business by expanding existing relationships and calling on potential customers. Cross sell Bank products. Represent the Bank in community activities.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, agricultural business, or equivalent education/work experience.
3. Working knowledge of production agriculture operations.
4. Previous commercial and/or agriculture lending experience or equivalent work experience, not required but preferred.
5. Strong knowledge or ability to learn; analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, proper structuring and pricing of loans and collections.
6. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
7. Proven ability for business development.
8. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
9. Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.
Dimension of Job:
This position will be responsible for analyzing, processing and servicing existing and future commercial, agriculture and some consumer loans. This professional will work within the community to expand business relationships with existing customers and develop new business referral sources through a strong community involvement.
