Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that ensures our clients feel supported every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information about our services and assisting clients with their needs.
• Collaborating with the internal team to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with real estate or an eagerness to learn about the industry is a plus!
