Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage Loan Servicing and Loan Quality Control Specialist team (including the following: periodic training on various regulatory requirements; conducting staff meetings; preparing periodic performance appraisals for department employees; measuring department efficiency; setting service standards for department and making certain that those service standards are met; coaching staff to reach personal and professional goals).
- Collect, verify and work with the Bank’s Compliance Officer to assure accurate reporting and compliance of the electronic Loan and Credit File.
- Balance of various General Ledger accounts associated with the servicing of the Bank’s Loan Portfolio.
- Update all the Loan Servicing procedure manuals to reflect changes in procedures and/or regulatory laws.
- Train employees as needed regarding servicing and maintaining of Loans, Leases and Letters of Credit files.
- Prepares and monitors monthly department reports
- Administrator for software associated with servicing (including eOscar, Info Pro Tax Service, Lee & Mason Insurance Tracking etc.)
- Attend continuous training to stay on top of industry trends, developments and changes in regulatory laws.
- Spot trends in exception waivers and lead in implementing revised loan policies to prevent waivers and unnecessary paperwork
- Assist in answering questions for Loan Servicing and branch personnel
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Banking related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years prior banking experience within the loan documentation field or legal field
- Interpersonal communication skills a must
- Comfortable and confident communication with the Bank’s Senior Management Team and Lending Staff as well as mid-level managers
- Concentration on a team atmosphere with a high Level of internal and external client service
- Dependability which stresses a follow-through attitude

- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
- Prefer experience using Laser Pro Documentation Software
- Proficient knowledge of HMDA, CRA, Reg O, Reg U, Articles 5 & 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the application thereof in a Bank Environment
