Organizational Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank and Trust areas. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and to document project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeframes, resources and budget(s)
- Collaborate with business units and the Enterprise Automation team to identify and implement automated process efficiencies across the bank’s workflow and application stack
- Collaborate with business units and the Data Analytics team to gather requirements for implementing data centric solutions (dashboards and reports)
- Ensure project documentation (i.e. executive sponsorship, objectives, scope, deliverables, timeframes, resources and budget) is accurately maintained and stored according to departmental policies
- Facilitate regular project meetings between information technology, business units and third-party vendors
- Coordinate audit activities to ensure requested information is provided in a timely manner and that responses to findings are accurately recorded
- Assist with coordinating and documenting the annual Disaster Recovery test initiatives to ensure BCP commitments are met
- Develop, manage and report project metrics for the various information technology projects
- Assist with maintaining information technology policy and procedure documentation to ensure compliance commitments are met
- Attend meetings as needed
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the banking industry or equivalent technical skills
- Experience working with teams to implement technology and application solutions in a bank environment
- Multitasking
- Analytical thinker and attention to detail
- Ability to make feasible and prudent decisions quickly
- Self-starter w/ ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Professional appearance and demeanor
