Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook woth a great attitude to join our culinary team in a full-time, on-site role at our Kansas City, MO restaurant. The Grill Cook will handle the preparation and grilling of high-quality meats and accompaniments, ensure accurate food portioning, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the kitchen team, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining the integrity of Stock Hill's menu offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and skilled in Cooking techniques, particularly grilling over an open flame wood grill and accurately preparing premium cuts of meat.
- Experience in Food Service and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards and operations
- Strong Customer Service orientation to contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment while ensuring consistency and quality of dishes
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Culinary training or certifications are a plus
- A passion for fine dining and an eagerness to contribute to a dynamic culinary team
