Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Stock Custom Homes, a premier builder that defines luxury living in Florida, is looking to expand its talented team of professionals with an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. The Project Manager will oversee a job from conception to completion. This includes all aspects of estimating and purchasing, along with oversight of the construction process and regular communication with the client.

Specific Duties

  • Read and interpret construction blueprints.
  • Prepare bid lists, develop scopes and evaluate bids.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and overall cost management.
  • Issue purchase orders and change orders during the construction process.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with performance of jobs.
  • Work closely with superintendent to monitor progress of house and support field efforts.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education/Experience

5-10 years of related experience, BS in Construction Management or related field preferred. Preferred experience in Custom Home Project Management $5,000,000 plus.

Pay: $100, $120,000.00 per year
