Stock Custom Homes, a premier builder that defines luxury living in Florida, is looking to expand its talented team of professionals with an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. The Project Manager will oversee a job from conception to completion. This includes all aspects of estimating and purchasing, along with oversight of the construction process and regular communication with the client.
Specific Duties
- Read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Prepare bid lists, develop scopes and evaluate bids.
- Identify areas for cost savings and overall cost management.
- Issue purchase orders and change orders during the construction process.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with performance of jobs.
- Work closely with superintendent to monitor progress of house and support field efforts.

Qualifications

Education/Experience
5-10 years of related experience, BS in Construction Management or related field preferred. Preferred experience in Custom Home Project Management $5,000,000 plus.
