Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Professional Land Surveyor. Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer based in the St. Louis area since 1987. We provide civil engineering and land surveying services, as well as the support and management that come with those projects. AutoCAD experience is a must. This position entails working with Large Commercial/Industrial/Highway/Residential Projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor License (PLS) for the state of Missouri is required (Candidates with licenses in both Missouri & Illinois preferred).
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and technical methodologies.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
• Determine and document precise measurements of land features, boundaries, and elevations.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
• Research and analyze legal documents, deeds, and previous surveys to establish accurate property boundaries.
• Resolve boundary disputes and discrepancies through thorough investigation and communication with relevant parties.
