Our flowershop is looking for a Sales Associate with an interest in customer relations and creative-based sales. This full-time position is available for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills who likes working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator and capable of performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shopping questions and needs.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of product.
- Handle phone calls, walk-in traffic, and email in a timely manner.
- Be courteous and have a helpful attitude toward customers.
- Answer questions about products, prices, policies, or processes.
- Listen to customers' concerns or complaints and resolve them satisfactorily.
- Follow company guidelines while handling complaints.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- work well in a team centered environment.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
