They work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with daily project operations
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Track project schedules and help ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking
- Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with plans and safety standards
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Support quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Help resolve technical issues during construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in construction or engineering (entry to mid-level)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)
- Understanding of scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of cost control and estimating
- OSHA safety training (e.g., OSHA 10 or 30)

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
