Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pattern cutting or a related cutting role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with knife handling and cutting tools.
• Knowledge of saw safety procedures and safe operation of cutting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret cutting patterns and technical instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with different types of poly/foam materials and their properties preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow detailed cutting patterns and specifications to accurately cut poly materials.
• Order necessary product from saw department to produce the customers order.
• Operate cutting tools such as knives and saws safely and efficiently to produce high-quality cuts.
• Inspect cut materials for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines related to knife handling and saw operation.
• Minimize waste.
