We are seeking qualified candidates available to work on the following days and times:
· 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
JOB SUUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
· Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts per specifications
· Load raw materials and monitor machining processes
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
· Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
· Make basic machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
· Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Document production data and report any issues or defects
· Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1–3 years of CNC lathe operation experience (preferred)
· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
· Experience with precision measuring instruments
· Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming (a plus)
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
· Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
· Ability to perform machine setups (preferred but not required)
