As we expand our fiber technology, we are looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative who will interact directly with customers, answer questions, and expand our services. The Entry Level Sales Representative will work with qualified leads, and have ongoing support that helps you serve each customer with confidence.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities::
- Engage directly with customers, conversing with them on their services, desire telecommunication and internet needs, and understand their requests
- Tailor and present personalized fiber service proposals that put customer interests first
- Follow up promptly on all customer inquiries, ensuring concerns and questions are addressed clearly and professionally
- Process sales orders for customers directly on the spot
- Stay up to date on all internet promotions, areas of service and upgrade options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service agreements in line with company policies
- Support customers by explaining how advanced fiber technology can improve their daily lives
Entry Level Sales Representative Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or similar role
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable transportation
- Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and communication devices is a plus
- Time management skills

- Ability to be flexible when adapting to new changes
