Concrete Project Manager

STL Hardscape Solutions is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead our concrete projects from production handoff through final completion.
We’re looking for someone who knows concrete, can lead crews, and takes ownership of schedules, budgets, quality, and customer communication. If you’re organized, dependable, and willing to get out in the field to solve problems, we want to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
● Manage residential and commercial concrete projects, including patios, driveways, sidewalks, steps, and decorative concrete.
● Review plans, estimates, scope, and job budgets before work begins.
● Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, concrete deliveries, and inspections.
● Verify layout, elevations, drainage, forming, reinforcement, and site preparation before pours.
● Visit active jobs daily to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and cleanliness.
● Track labor, materials, and production against the project budget.
● Keep customers informed about schedules, progress, and next steps.
● Identify scope changes and document approvals before additional work begins.
● Maintain job photos, daily notes, and project updates in our CRM.
● Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout.
● Hold crews accountable while teaching, supporting, and developing the team.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience as a concrete project manager, superintendent, or foreman ready to take the next step.
● Strong knowledge of concrete preparation, forming, placement, finishing, curing, and drainage.
● Ability to read plans, calculate quantities, and coordinate multiple projects.
● Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
● Comfort using a smartphone, email, and project management software.
● A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between local job sites.
● Experience with stamped and decorative concrete is a plus.
